We use research brief details to respond to your enquiry and to source suitable experts. We use expert interest details to assess whether you may be relevant to research projects and to contact you about them.

We do not use form submissions for advertising and we do not sell personal information.

Form submissions are sent to us by email through a third-party email delivery provider acting on our behalf. This website does not keep a database of submissions.

We may share relevant parts of a research brief with prospective experts where needed to find the right people. We do not include your contact details when doing so unless you agree.

This website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs, such as IP address and request time, for security and operation.

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and to manage the working relationship, and then delete or anonymise them.
